Gele thee van de Huang Shan Gele Bergen in de Chinese provincie Anhui.

Deze gele thee heeft een lichte kleur en een zoete, nootachtige smaak dankzij het unieke droogproces. Nadat de vers geplukte bladeren zijn gedroogd, wordt de thee enkele uren bedekt met een warme, vochtige doek zodat het aroma in de bladeren behouden blijft en de thee een lichte microfermentatie ondergaat.

This yellow tea is light in colour and has a sweet, nutty flavour thanks to its unique drying process. After freshly picked leaves are dried they cover the tea with a warm, moist cloth for a few hours so the aroma is detained in the leaves and the tea undergoes a light micro-fermentation.
